but among clients, it’s known best
as a timesaver.
Electronic
Timesheets is designed to collect employee
time sheet information
from individuals, automate department approval
of those time sheets and then transfer the
resulting labor data into your FundWare
Payroll. Having your employees and/or departments
enter their own time will improve the accuracy
of the information used to pay your employees.
Improved accuracy will reduce the number
of errors, which in turn saves your organization
time and money. Now your Finance Department
needs only to import these timesheets directly
into FundWare Payroll. By putting
your time sheets online, there will be no
more "lost" time sheets, and they
can in turn be recalled at any time for later
review and analysis.
Convenient Decentralization
Not only can you have full audit trail of
timesheets, but now the Finance Department
is relieved of the tedious, time-consuming
burden of entering timesheet information.
Also, overtime pay can have electronic
justification notes attached for even stronger
audit trail!
Superior Functionality
Using a setup wizard, the program steps you
through each part of the initial database
setup. To reduce the amount of entry required
for setting up the system, a series of
reports from your FundWare system
is used to load your initial values. Based
on your unique needs and preferences, the
Electronic Time Sheet module can be configured
for input by one individual, for department
input through one representative, for use
throughout the organization, or through
a combination of these options.
