At FundWare, we have gone to great lengths to develop a comprehensive suite of consulting services to assist you in successfully implementing a solution specifically designed for your organization.

We believe that a blend of classroom training, on-site training, and consulting services is essential to ensure the success of your project. Typical phases are:

• System Design - consists of reviewing your unique needs and documenting design assumptions for key foundation components such as the chart of accounts, user security parameters and user-defined data fields.
• Software Installation - physically installing FundWare on your system and testing each user's ability to connect to our test databases. This step assumes that your hardware and network are already installed, and will normally indicate that the software has been delivered and functions properly in your environment.
• Software Configuration - sets up the basic system parameters for each FundWare application you have licensed so you can proceed to begin loading your master file and transaction data.
• Data Conversion – transferring the data from your existing system can be a significant effort that can be off-loaded by FundWare consultants with the tools to make this task easier.
• Implementation - consists of on-site training, loading of your master files (chart of accounts, vendors, employees, etc.), transaction files, and procedures development and testing.
• System Verification - a review of your system to ensure that the final set-up conforms to the original system design objectives.

FundWare certified consultants and trainers should always be used to provide system design and classroom training assistance, because these steps are vital to the success of the overall project and to satisfying the goal of transferring knowledge to your staff. The remaining project tasks are usually assigned to a combination of your staff and FundWare certified consultants, thereby helping you control your budget and project investment.
